In 2005, I was 193 lbs. and my cholesterol was 310. I had to do something. Exercise bike + Netflix = -40 lbs.
I lost weight and thought I was in good shape, but a good BMI doesn’t necessarily mean you can lift much. My heart was in good shape and my cholesterol was down (probably more from diet changes). But I wanted to “fit” and “tone” and strong.
Enter P90X…
